BIRTH PROCESSING

Your labor and birth is a transformative experience. You likely will feel a spectrum of emotions throughout. Sometimes it goes as planned and other times it feels like nothing went as planned. No matter what the outcome, many women find it helpful and healing to discuss their birth with someone they can trust to listen with a non-biased ear, encourage them and offer perspective.

My hope for you is that you can heal from the first so that you can step into the second birth with confidence, healing and acceptance.
